Shine Your Light

This Spiritual Event is made up of 3 DIFFERENT ACTIVITIES ( Manifesting/Releasing through Artwork, Tea Ceremony & Body Expressions) Duration approximately 2 hours

“Shine your Light means living and expressing your true essence without fear, allowing your inner truth, love and awareness to be seen and felt by others”

This is not about being perfect or superior, it’s about being real, awake, and loving in your humanity. It means allowing your inner truth, love, and awareness to radiate outward in a way that uplifts, heals, and inspires others.

ACTIVITY 1 (Between 30 - 45 minutes)

CREATORSHIP - MANIFESTING

Manifestation through artwork is the process of using creative expression as a bridge between your inner world (thoughts, emotions, intentions) and your external reality.

THE MASK - RELEASING

Releasing through artwork is the practice of using creative expression to let go of emotions, memories, attachments, or energetic weight that no longer serves you. Instead of holding feelings inside, you give them a place to exist outside of you.

ACTIVITY 2 (Between 30 - 45 minutes)

SPIRITUAL SHARING

Spiritual Sharing is the practice of openly expressing your inner experiences, insights, emotions, and intuitive wisdom in a safe, compassionate space.
It involves speaking from the heart about your spiritual journey your growth, challenges, awakenings, and questions while being fully present and authentic.

SPIRITUAL RECEIVING

Spiritual Receiving is the practice of opening yourself mind, heart, and intuition to receive guidance, energy, insight, healing, or wisdom from a higher source, your inner self, or the present moment.
It is an active state of receptive awareness, where you allow rather than force.

ACTIVITY 3 (30 minutes)

RELAXATION, MEDITATION OR INTUITIVE MOVEMENT

RELAXATION

Release tension, connect to the body, open intuition. It goes beyond physical rest and invites you to release mental tension, emotional weight, and energetic blocks, allowing your inner being to reconnect with peace, clarity, and higher awareness.

MEDITATION

State of deep inner calm where the mind, body, and soul enter harmony.

Conscious practice of connecting with your inner self, your higher awareness, and the divine or universal energy.

INTUITIVE MOVEMENT

Release stuck emotions through motion. “Let the energy flow out of you and through you.”
